3.2 Program Fees and Payment
All program fees are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change. Payment terms include:

3.4 Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Before program start: Full refund minus SGD 150 administrative fee
- Within first 2 weeks: 75% refund of tuition fees
- Weeks 3-4: 50% refund of tuition fees
- After week 4: No refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.
3.5 Program Cancellation or Modification
Ferma Dimin reserves the right to:
- Cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment (full refund provided)
- Modify program content, schedule, or instructors as needed
- Substitute instructors when necessary
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Our Content
All content on this website and in our programs, including but not limited to:
- Text, graphics, logos, and images
- Course materials, videos, and presentations
- Software and code examples
- Design and layout
is owned by or licensed to Ferma Dimin and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 License to Use Course Materials
Enrolled students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and use course materials for personal educational purposes
- Download materials for offline study during the program duration
- Retain lifetime access to materials from completed programs
Students may NOT:
- Share, distribute, or sell course materials to third parties
- Reproduce materials for commercial purposes
- Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
4.3 Student Work and Projects
You retain ownership of projects and code you create during the program. However, by submitting work to us, you grant Ferma Dimin a non-exclusive license to:
- Use your work as educational examples (with your permission)
- Display your projects in marketing materials (with attribution)
- Reference your success in promotional content
5. Job Placement Support
5.1 Career Services
Our career services include resume reviews, mock interviews, and introductions to hiring partners. However, we do not guarantee:
- Job placement or specific employment outcomes
- Salary levels or job titles
- Interviews with specific companies
5.2 Money-Back Guarantee
Our job guarantee requires that you:
- Complete the program with satisfactory performance
- Attend all career coaching sessions
- Apply to at least 50 relevant positions within 6 months
- Participate in mock interviews and incorporate feedback
- Accept suitable job offers (as defined by market standards)
If you meet these requirements and do not receive a job offer within 6 months of graduation, you may request a full tuition refund.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and GDPR Compliance statement, which are incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of content
